Randy Bevins, President and CEO of the Bevins Perry Corporation. A retired United States Navy Veteran with over 32 years of Air Traffic Control and Airport Management experience. Mr. Bevins’ military career began in 1976 as Air Traffic Control Specialist. He has over 20 years experience in senior management and supervisory positions in Air Traffic Control (ATC) facilities, including 10 years of operational aviation staff duty with COMNAVSURFLANT, COMPHIBGRU TWO, COMTACGRU TWO and TACRON 22. Mr. Bevins has extensive experience and expertise in ATC training and modeling & simulation and over 30 years of successful ATC, Carrier Air Traffic Control Center (CATCC), and Amphibious Air Traffic Control Center (AATCC) experience. Mr. Bevins has formal ATC instructor experience, specializing in radar and non radar approach control. He is a Certified Curriculum Instructional Standards Office (CISO) evaluator and curriculum developer and is a Certified Master Training Specialist (MTS).Mr. Bevins is a graduate of the United States Navy’s, Facility Management (FACMAN), Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) training course at the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC), Millington, TN. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. After his retirement in 2006, Mr. Bevins continued his career with the Federal Government and Scientific Application International Corporation (SAIC), were he previously served at the Navy’s premier Master Jet Base, Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA in an airport management capacity and then supporting the United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as an Operations Support Specialist. Mr. Bevins’ professional experiences, extraordinary management and leadership experience along with a reputation for completing the most demanding tasks are well suited to take the Bevins Perry Corporation to the next level.
